End User License Agreement - JDove Consulting

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the JDove Consulting QuickBooks Natural Language Interface ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("EULA").

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a natural language interface for querying QuickBooks data. It allows users to ask questions in plain English and receive responses based on their QuickBooks financial data.

3. License Grant

JDove Consulting grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business operations only.

4. Data Access and Usage

The Service:

Accesses your QuickBooks data with your explicit authorization
Performs read-only operations on your financial data
Does not store, modify, or delete your QuickBooks data
Processes queries locally and securely

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your QuickBooks credentials
Ensuring authorized personnel only access the Service
Complying with QuickBooks terms of service
Backing up your data as you deem appropriate

6. Limitations and Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
Distribute or sublicense the Service

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. JDove Consulting disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

JDove Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and revoking QuickBooks access permissions.
